Video of SS with 2.8 pulley on Youtube just uploaded!
Just uploaded a video of our Cobalt SS with the 2.8 blower pulley.
Boost started around 12 psi and creeped up to 15 psi.
Check out acceleration from 100-130.

Mods done at this point :
K&N intake
Vibrant exhaust
SFPH DUB pulley system 2.8 inch

With just K&N air intake, Vibrant exhaust and the 2.8 pulley, 234 hp/ 194 torque.
Added the Vibrant header with downpipe and had a solid 240 / 200 torque. The header gave 6 hp, and 3 lbs of torque, but on average gave a solid 7-12 hp and torque across the rest of the powerband.
I posted the dyno chart of the header in the Modern Performance section.
Sorry for the confusion, this run was 2.8.
Heh. True. But regardless.
Sorry to waste your time.
Just wanting to show how the boost built up, and acceleration on the speedometer on the dyno.
I thought some people would find it interesting, and so far, it looks like several people have enjoyed watching the video.
Hah. No, I know when Im driving, and when Im dyno testing a car.
Ive done close to 300-350 dyno tests on various cars, btw.
By showing this video, I was only attempting to show how boost build up, and what boost pressure, and it was fun to show the acceleration.
Yes, I know that the car would not accelerate this fast in the real world because of aerodynamic drag, friction from wheels on pavement, etc. I dont need to be reminded of that, or told that.
This is just for fun guys. Im not trying to brag that this car can accelerate that fast in the real world, and im not trying to brag that Ive got more boost than XX persons car. ONLY for fun. Jeesh you guys need to relax some.

it does sound powerful, but the dyno numbers really doesn't seem to be as high of what i'd expect with a 2.8" pulley, but i guess most people have bigger injectors and a tune for a 2.8" or at least GM stage 2. Is it running larger injectors or stock because i'm sure they are maxing out if its stock.

I was thinking the same thing. I have the 3.0 pulley and am SURE im pushing more horsepower than that. I also have an Injen intake, Header, 3"dp high flow, 3" vibrant exhaust tuned with hp tuners.

Intake
Exhaust
2.8 pulley
This was just a test to see how the cars a/f would be, and power levels.
We noticed that the car would run a little lean on the top end, so after this dyno was made, we removed the 2.8 pulley and installed a 3.1, which runs perfectly fine with stock injectors.
Ive never used, and will never use a Mustang dyno. Dynojets are the standard for dyno testing in the aftermarket, and I have no need to use a second rate dyno machine.
