Lost orig8nal videos so edited thread. Might need to change title since these srent with a stock catback

mods:
zzp longtube header/catted dp combo
2.5" zzp exhaust
Latest versions as of 2014
In vids: 2.7" on ati, 3" intake, e85, ported polished head, blower and intake mani, zzp stg2 cams, balance shaft delete 80# injectors, cooling stuff blablabla 7400 rpm redline

anywho, once you let the exhaust warm up for 5 minutes, the rasp is basically gone and the car sounds amazing! almost like stock, just with a little more noise and tone. the gains are feelable, as well. i feel the most gain in the high rpms, when its cool out now my car feels like it wants to break the tires loose and generally that's just not the case.

install wise, it is a PITA, of course. i had to remove my strut tower brace to fit it in from the top, but once the headers on the DP is a sinch to clamp on with le` provided v-band clamp.

so, enjoy the vids! a few vids have the windows down, a few up. one vid the camera's outside the car and in one i do a 0-100ish pull! problem, officer?

2 step and launches:
Cobalt ss 20-130:

Mine snap pops crackles and apparently shoots tiny flames according to a friend who was behind me.

But its ungodly raspy especially when its cold

Definitely been thinking of upgrading to a zzp long tube though this video made me even more curious how it would sound on an slp catback.

zzp shorty - cti catted 3 inch to 2.5" downpipe - slp catback and of course an untuned automatic le5 (2.4)

At least I know I am not the only person with a CEL after installing the ZZP longtube. Mine is P1133. Can't wait to get a tune. Going to the the stage 3 zzp kit. Then that's about it. Then visual mods.
