bought mine right before a sale (not knowing that they were planning to have one) -- i had just gotten back from Iraq and needed a car immediately. i was shopping for Civic Si but they were too slow and nobody had one in black, shopped for 350Z's and STi's but they were too expensive, even used. So with 0 haggling, I paid sticker price $Cash$ -- total was 28,500 with tax, title, license, and other options such as Harsh Weather Package, Anti-theft package, clearbra, etc -- i test drove it at 5pm and they had it detailed + paperwork done and insured -I was driving off the lot in it @ 5:55pm -- pretty painless buying experience. i didn't have a lot of time to haggle for prices, and it's paid off tenfold in labor hour discounts, detailing discounts, free car washes and free gas, etc (not to mention, the GM mechanics drool over it--every time i pick my car up, they're standing around just staring at it) so I usually give the tech who works on it a spin around the block

23,000 out the door, non- g85, with onstar, XM, sunroof, and side airbags.
They probably gave that baby **** yellow SS away like that because they couldn't get anyone else to buy it.
