what size pulley

Well as the title says I am trying to determine what size pulley to run. I have a catless dp and fujita cai as of right now. I am ordering 60# injectors heat exchanger dual pass stg 2 belt and will be running e47 custom tune. O btw its a 2005 cobalt ss sc. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

2.8"

U mayy get away with a 2.7" with e47 but idk even if you have all the coolings mods not many recommend a 2.7

80s holy **** do I really need 80s to run a 2.8 do u recommend a dual pass or heat exchanger first

I think some ppl with a meth set up have run them alright. I just remeber when i had a s/c looking around for info on size a 2.7 came up a lot but meth was always with it haha

You only need 80's if you run on E85. If not, 60s are enough :P
And personally I would get a heat exchanger before the dual pass, but thats just me

So if I run e47 do I need 80 id really like to run the 60s ... im looking for around 270-290 fwhp

80s full E85 2.7in pulley and smile as you beat cars that wouldn't expect it lol

Why hassle with mixing? just do full E85

Or stick with a 2.9 or 3.0 and do full E85 on 60s if you get a good tuner.

Ok 80s and full e85 it is ... wat kind of mileage are you guys getting on e85. I drive my balt alot but maily highway and would like to keep at least 20 mpg maybe 22

Yeah your about right on the mileage just all depends in the tune man to be honest and how heavy your foot is

im about 22hwy 18city with 80s return style and a dw300 on a tvs

so id say MAYBE 24

Foot not so heavy now but when I get the tune I know it will probably become very heavy so im thinking im going to do a 2.7 e85 and a heat exchanger
