cutoff is 158 but you will not hit that in a stock SS/SC. I had mine up to 140 once and it still had some pull left but I have the mods in my sig (stage 2 - K&N - exhaust manifold)

I know this isn't the best place to put it but i can't make a new forum....my sticker that was on the car when i bought my 07 ss s/c has it rated at 245hp..why would it say that when chevy's site says 205...just curious to see why...

It may be one of the cobalts with GMPP stage 2, manifold, and exhaust pre-installed.

160 mph (250 km/h) with Stage 2 and a passenger, but took a long time to reach once i've entered the 5th gear.
I do not recommend it , i felt that the car was lifting off the road, but it was great to reach such a high speed with a 4 cylinder engine

stock i havent had enouh rd to get it past 135 because 4th use to run out like around 115 or so ( never really looked) but now 4th gear last to like 125 mph. to many cops on florida highways

Bone stock I did 155mph, with Stage 2 i hit the 158mph limiter with ease.

At 155mph the car didn't feel as if it was lifting or unstable either!!!!!!

i must know how u conquered 170+ when every1 else has problems hitting the limiter at 158 b/c dude that is just fuucgin insane and i want to do that maybe not 170 but i always wanted to hit 160 and hows that going to happen with a limiter at 158 or governor or whatever it is that is holding our cars true potential top speed. thought our tires were good past 160 and how did u take the governer out of the computer dude u must answere these questions b/c now i know that u are my hero and u probly have the power to go airborne i never knew our cars could even get to 173 but i guess when u combine a 2900lb vehicle with an at least close to ratio of 1hp=10lbs and a .3124 drag coefficient that is one amazing outcome and besides who really wants to go faster than 175... i have an 06 ss that has a limiter at 130 and that is toooo gay and also it was really hard to get to 130 seeing as though i had to go down a hill and at the top i was at about 120 and finally 1/2 mile later....129........129and1/2................................ 130 YES!! ive never been past 130 and would love to b/c for those moments of unrealistic reality i get high not too high but high enough for slight tunnel vision which i feel i need more, call me crazy, call me stupid butif u do then y r u reading this thread

Mine had all that and the sticer on the window said 270HP, even though I know it is a little less than that.

I pegged the speedo with ease on a long ass straight away on the highway in the desert. No trafic and a passenger that is a little on the big side, he weighs 210lbs, car felt stable as hell like I was doing 100mph.

141 in 4th gear stock but ran out of highway, still had pull too. i thought there was no fuel cut off on these super charged motors.
