Wideband sensor in stock bung??

Just a question for you guys. My buddy has a wideband sensor and gauge that he is going to let me borrow to tune my car. I just wanted to see if there was any way to get the wideband sensor in the stock bung on my car?

It's ok. Seems to read the air flow better now.

well thanks for the extremely informative posts. i found out that the wideband o2 sensor can be put in the rear o2 bung and still allow the car to be functional. if the front o2 sensor is removed, the car will not operate correctly.

thank you scott from intense-racing

My bung was drilled between the 2 sensors.

just to update. i put the wideband in the stock rear o2 sensor bung and zip tied the stock o2 sensor to the frame. car runs fine with no codes and wideband works great.

if you install a wideband and you dont have a maf-t there will still be no way of eliminating the lean code. cuz im trying to figure out how to eliminate it but i have a stage 3 tune but still get the lean code cuz i have a CAI.
