I want to get my stage 2 put in wihtout my parents knowing so i was thinking of setting up an appointment one day dropping it off and picking it up later with the install and so they would never know...my question is my mom bought the car therefore it is in her name, will this be a problem with the dealership if i dont want my parents knowing im doing this??

Yep, you shouldn't have any problem. I got mine put on without telling my parents. Set up the appointment, handled everything, and haggled my way into saving 200$ from the original quote. I told her though because I pay for the car and everything on it even though its in my dad's name so she cant really say anything.

even tho my parents would killl me if they knew i got a stg 2 im the one paying for the car but my dad did co-sign so im taking it to the dealer on wed without them knowing to get the stage 2 installed lol. i'll ease into telling them one day ha

Well...you might have a prob...usually after you get work done the dealer sends a survey in the mail...seeing if you were satisfied with the work...moms gonna get it.

well i do have to take in in for 2 things... windows keep getting like vertical lines of soemthing on them that comes off but always comes back evertime, and my tinting in my back window is kinda bubbly if loooked at in the sun... so i can just say its for that... they wont put anythitgn about stage 2 in the survey right

edit: dude dont be paranoid its not like the dealer is going to call your house and ask how you like the stage 2 kit. or maybe they will. lol j/k im just giving you a hard time b/c im in the same situation as you. thats why im taking my car to a dealer thats an hour away(also bc they quoted me 300 less than the one i got my car at)

No all the surveys are right and its good you are having a few things checked out cause if someone asked for some reason just oh well just haveing a few things checked out ALL of the surveys are the same everytime i had something done to mine it was the same survey i just tossed it in the trash


NOTE: also hide stock parts and all receipts but keep them just in case

lol its the speed thing they dont like...i finally got them to let me get exhaust...well i finally got them to say "i dont care what you do with it its urs just take care of it" so its all good, still dont want them to know about stage 2 because theyll be pissed i dropped like 800 lol

im 19, it wouldnt matter but they bought the care for me so u kno... i mean im paying it off as best i can and im doing good but i dont think ill be able to pay it all
