youll be able to free up about 10-20 hp with a tune...
I wouldnt spend any more than 150-250 on a tune (thats including the $100 worth for hptuner credits)..
but youll be able to get some hp.. remove torque management.. maybe up your rev limit, limit boost in 1st (2nd gear in hptuners does all other gears as well)... and lean the car out a bit...

gm stage 2 is a very rich tune, they do that to protect there butt so you dont blow up your motor. you would gain a good 15 hp, the question is, is that good enough for you?
