I wonder if your shifter linkage is shifted or out of adjustment. If it is out then it would be partially out of gear when you select a gear, so when you let out the clutch you are grinding.

might be Linkage, but is it every gear? if so my thought would be towards an input shaft. but idk, doesnt seem that that would break it.

so agin is it every gear. just 1,3,5. or 2,4,R? or all 6

Not to sure on how to check the linkage adjustment. I would think that one of the how to's for short shifter install might show how to adjust the linkage.

my guess is that the linkage is fucked or you broke your roll pin and its jsut hanging on by a thread(letting alot of play in the linkage.)
