Have it replaced locally, gets it done faster and no downtime, 8 weeks is obsurd, it's 2 welds, ship it to them 2-3day, takes 10 mins to reweld the new flexpipe, they ship it back 2-3day and it's done in 1week

That doesn't make sense. I don't know why someone here would tell you that. I think there was a misunderstanding of some sort.

the women that i talked to on the phone today told me that you had no flex pipes in stock and they wouldnt be in for 6 to 8 weeks there were no welds on the flex pipe at all where it connects to the flange by the header i mean it might have been a misunderstanding on her part when i explained what happened but i honestly cant afford to have my car down that long its my daily driver and i have work and stuff so if it will take that long to fix i will need one to replace it or something

No, the car won't be damaged by driving it.

This is an issue that has been posted about many, many times. I have explained the procedure and why it happens, extended the warranty.

The warranty is now 2 years. Pipes made over 1 year ago have the potential to have the flex break in two. Do not phone in your issue, do not PM me. Email customer service, we'll email a return label so you don't have to pay to return it. We will fix it in 24 hrs and return it to you no charge making the updates to it so that it doesn't happen again.

You can also choose to have it fixed locally, voiding your warranty. However this gets it fixed right away and if the charge is reasonable, we will work with you on reimbursement.

We do not cover rental cars, lost wages, or any incidental issues relating to using any of our products.

When I had a problem with my magnaflow exhaust, what TTR did was ship me a brand new exhaust, which I left a deposit for, and after I installed the new one I sent the damaged one in. Once they recieved the damaged one, they credited me for it. I thought that was great, since there was no downtime whatsoever.

We normally do but we do not have any 3" flex pieces of exhaust in stock. We have the means to warranty pipes at this point and will not have new units for a bit.
