ZZP pcm help

Since ZZP is seemingly completely worthless when it comes to helping its customers, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the problem shown in the video. It occurred after putting in my PCM (which i sent in and had programed by ZZP)
zzp pcm trouble - YouTube

(ignore the weirdness of my voice, my cell is a little beyond beat up haha )
Any help would be REALLY appreciated. I have been trying for a month to get the car to run with the pcm. first from the one they sent me, then i sent in mine, eventually they sent mine back tuned, and now this. REALLY need the car running by friday, so help please!

You may need to get the dealer to clear that up, your in a theft deterrent mode because of pcm swaps. This is why peoples first mod should be tuning software, trifecta, or a local tuner on stanby. This pcm mail order thing is stupid no matter what company it is.

When I had my hpt file redone I had to send in my unlocked PCM file to him. They used the cars original file with VIN.

So that may be your issue here. Wrong vin for your car. Keep calling them. This kind of off topic but i am now throwing out the zzp tune for a turbo swap tune, so not sure if zzps even worked or not...

pass lock relearn procedure

You can open and close the door- It doesn't matter. You will need to get in and out since you need to push in the clutch.

1. Depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.

2. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.

3. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.

4. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.

5. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. If it does not turn over, let off, but leave the key in the run position. The security light should be lit up on the dash.

6. Wait 10 minutes(you can open the door and get out). The security light on the dash will turn off after 10 minutes.

7. Turn the key off for 5 seconds, then depress the clutch and try to start the car. The car should start on this attempt.

if you sent your pcm in then they sent you the wrong one back
