Update..

I tried to start it again today and cranked for a long time and no go, kinda smell fuel. So i pull the blower and low and behold my manifold if full of coolant, and i smell fuel directly out of the manifold as if its mixed with the coolant. Maybe just flooded from trying to start it. As for the coolant in the I/M im lost. there is waaaay more than before, should i just find a new I/M with cores and evthing. I assume the gasket for the dual pass is the same as the stock one? a new one didnt come with the dual pass. Any one have thoughts and know where to get a new IM?

The dual pass gasket will be the same. I'd call ZZP on Monday morning and have them send you a new gasket. And if your looking to get a new I/M, check ZZP as well, they might have some used ones, if not mise well just go New. GL.

Pull it back apart and check for pinched o-rings, look your cores over and make sure they didn't get damaged when you removed them.

Yea pull it back apart and take some pictures so we can see if we notice anything that you might be missing. When you swapped the laminova cores in the IM they went all the way in right?

Mine isnt throwing any codes anymore or having white smoke so im kinda at a lost the main difference between out problems is that u put the duel pass in and i didnt so on you problem i would start with that as for me im not sure were to start now.

Yeah im going to, im gonna order new O rings and the gasket first tho, i do know that one of the cores was dented in the very end but only slightly, what kind of damage can happen to the rest of my engine with all this coolant getting in my combustion chamber? And for pics, ive never added any on here- do you have to use a pic service? photo bucket? copy paste the link for the image?

Hey rectorc08, im not sure if you have a special phone # for ZZP but its always been- "leave a message and 2 days later they call back" if its a profitable call. i have had better luck emailing turbo tim.

Quick question, you know when you have your intake manifold off and you can look into the combustion chamber- are all four of the valves supposed to be even/at the same level? my fourth one to the right is lower than the other 3? i hope thats normal.

thats not the combustion chamber that is the intake runner the valve is either openening for the intake cycle or it is closing for the combustion process

Update: So ZZP received my IM and tim says "all of my cores were damaged from being removed" $350.00 ouch. i was pretty carefull but i guess not enough and having to pull them out 3 times ups the risk, lesson learned.

Will update when i reinstall.
