ah that's why haha. they're softer than rosanne's son channel lock would do it.
i had some circular piece with padding in the middle and a microfiber cloth. worst part is breaking them loose.

yeah i couldnt getem loose by hand. well hopefully thats fixed. But ive got all those codes that popped up too, any thoughts on why poof poppin codes?

no, where i live this is the only SS/SC ive seen. so i dont really have access to one, i found an AC Delco one new on ebay for $85. might do that, but what bout the baro and super charger inlet sensor?

just see if tim can put a tb in with your im when he sends it back to let you troubleshoot it he's cool
baro and scip prob arent seeing voltage due to whatever reason..very doubtful both would be bad at the same time. did you get a new pcm? if you did make sure your 3 clips are back on tight and on the right places would be the first thing..

didnt get a new one just had zz reflash. i guess i will check all the harnesses (4th time) i wonder if all the coolant flying around in there confused the sensors? hopefully they all go away when i fire up.

coolant should've had no effect it shouldn't have touched them.
are you checking the harnesses or the connections on the computer (the 3 main feed looms)
take a multimeter and see if you get voltage off of the scip and stuff at the sensor also.

well ive checked the harnesses on sensors and not the 3 big ones because the first time i finished the install i ran it for a good 2 hours combined and no codes.

Update:
So i got my IM back today and installed everything with new plugs gapped to .32, starts up fine no codes, no smoke, smoother idle. But still cuts out at 12lbs boost through out the gears. checked for vaccum leaks-seems ok. Not sure what the issue is. Im getting my PLX scan guage, wide band on wednesday so i can see fuel trims and have tim diagnose. BTW, tim rocks. Any ideas guys? one guy had the same prob and he put in diff plugs and it fixed it, What plugs are the best for this car/setup?

You say cuts out, as in it doesn't boost past 12psi, or the car starts choking out?
I used auto lite plugs when I had the s/c on and used them for a year and a half with high timing and never had a problem.
Tim is a cool dude for sure, all zzp for that matter. Always willing to help.

cuts out as in it acts like im hitting the rev limit or like having a two-step. Face hits the steerin wheel cut........ and if i force the pedal after 12lbs you can hear the blower whining and kinda pop. pop. pop .pop. cutting out. almost like when its getting under pressure the pcm is saying no.no.no.no. crazy cause everything is working fine outside of that.

Hey guys, thought I would jump in as i just did my dual pass and replaced my IC pump and also changed out the stage 2 #42 injectors from zzp since they maxed out and got the #50s.
I took everything apart and back together and right before i filled it back up my friend pointed out that I forgot to rotate the cores.... had to start all over and take the plate back off.
For the cores you only needed to flip over the two lower ones so why were 3 damaged? I used my thumb down in the one and just wiggled as i pulled. For the other you just take off the two rings and user electric tape around it really tight and build it up so you can stick your finger in it and do the same thing as the other. Works like a charm....
when i pulled the one core out one of the lower washers fell down into the intake slot and when i put the core in it was lower than the others. I shook the manifold and heard the damn thing inside, had to take it back out. After 4 hours everything was together and I I over wrote the ZZP flash with one from Vince at trificta for the #50s.
Car started up and runs fine but I am kicking a PO171 so I guess if you guys can at least get to that point its just a matter of getting the tune dialed in.
If you guys dont mind me asking, did you notice alot of oil buildup in the manifold coming from the vent valve inside?

For the Plugs just go with the NGK BKR7E plugs. They have been fine for me ever since I installed the stage 2 last year and even now after upgrading the injectors again.

If you cant find someone close to you with Hp tuners give Vince a call from trifecta and he can help you out. Since it wont be a dyno tune it wont be perfect but at least you will get it adjusted enough to drive safe and get more power outta it. My friend had HP tuners and it would have been free for me but I decided to go with Trifecta at least until i do a header and remove cat later down the line.

If you cant find someone close to you with Hp tuners give Vince a call from trifecta and he can help you out. Since it wont be a dyno tune it wont be perfect but at least you will get it adjusted enough to drive safe and get more power outta it. My friend had HP tuners and it would have been free for me but I decided to go with Trifecta at least until i do a header and remove cat later down the line.
