07 LT engine visuals Q
okay not to sound like a complete dumb ass newbie but ive had my LT for about 2 months now and still is stock due to a shipping problem on my CAI.. but anyways when removing the plastic engine dressings i find a engine that looks more like the 2.4L. with the injectors in the middle of the intake unlike any pictures of 2.2's ive seen on this site.. and one again sorry if its a dumb question im just curious.

07's received coil-on-ignition, and a different ECU, along with some other minor changes

if its a 2.4L it would say VVT directly on the engine below ecotec.
older 2.2
07 2.2
and here's a 2.4 just for kicks. use your magnifying glass to see the VVT on it haha

everything but the LEDs was plug and play
the LEDs required extra wiring, but its easy and its completely up to you. I wired mine to a switch and left them on 24/7 wether the car was on or off.
My friend got them and wired them to the parking lamps, which turned them on when the car was on

You can turn on an LED, and not expect to see it burn out for at least 10 to 20 years.
If it burns out, it's either got a defect, or you supplied the wrong voltage

well LED's typically have a lifespan of 100,000-500,000 hours...so....even at the lowest, 100k. he could run the LED's for around 11 years!!! lol I'm sure his battery would long be dead..not to mention his car would be scraped by then.
edit: mixed up 1mil with 100,000 lol
