can sum1 tell me exactly what can be done with this tune?
like it allows u to mess with the computer for things like ignition timing and fuel injection stuff or something?
please just a little breakdown

the high octane timings are changed, power enrichment always engaged(aka allowing computer to adjust afr instead of running lean for a few seconds under wot conditions), fuel map tuned, redline adjustment, speed governor removed. don't quote me 100% because i won't know till i get there, but i'm pretty sure that is all being covered in this. we'll see folks.
Tom and his girl have had their cars tuned, and from what I understood getting damn good gas mileage on top of it.
Another good thing, which I have spoke with Vince about, is the idea of still being able to run regular if i so desire, as the engine would step it down for low octane.

Before I go any further I want to say how much of a pleasure it was working with Vince of Trifecta and Bob of Drift Office. From the very get go they did their thing and were always down for a convo throughout the experience. Explanations of what they were doing on a step by step basis really made me realize all the more that they know their craft. I would recommend getting services/goods from either of them any day. With that said...
Ok folks basically(From what I know):
Rev Limiter removed
Speed Governor removed
PE switched to always on
A/F R adjusted to practical perfection by my books(Also increased fuel)
Timing adjusted on High Octane Settings
Ok so I'll post dyno later. Keep in mind my car is COMPLETELY STOCK. I popped the airbox before going but maintained filter.
I basically laid down 136.3hp 136.5tor 3rd gear at baseline. 131.9hp 135tor 4th gear at base.
At finish I 136.9hp 138.5tor 3rd gear, 135.6hp 138.6tor 4th gear. but there were gains all the way through the range. The biggest thing that this did for me stock is give MUCH better launches and it definitely is much peppier.
The biggest thing it did for the cobalt community though is act as the test subject for all ya'll. So I'm proud.
But no I'm not finished yet. City driving mpg increased. After the shop I reset the mpg readout went into seattle downtown where I was averaging 28 even with me giving her the foot occasionally. then we left south on i-5. got gas, and continued all the way to portland, on interstate speed ranged from a crawl at some points then 60-75. Up and down grades of all kinds. I got up my hill at home, 33.5MPG including the seattle and home city driving.
I need intake header exhaust....now.
