i used that bullydog tuner, its not a dyno but i used it on an open road and it read 150 WHP.. there is no vid i could put up on here to prove it but i think im done with the cobalt cars, and the mods were only an air-box mod and a cat-back?? the bullydog is also supposed to tune the car/engine but i dont really think thats true for the balt haha but long story short im done trying to get my 2.2 fast. i want somthing with ''more'' from the start. AND NO! even the SS falls way behind of what im gona go for next, but i wish you much luck with the car 2.2's are very fun but just not for me.

Partially true. You want virtually none in a boosted car and want almost none in an N/A car. If the engine is built properly and the header is built right the exhuast gas pulse will be able to create a better scavenging effect but that is in a perfect world and most aren't willing to spend the coin on such a header. At least not the Ecotec community.

Backpressure is null its been proven time and again, its all about exhuast gas velocity there is a reason people run 3" exhuast N/A and pick up 10 to 15hp over there 2.5" setups.

Donnie that tune is way to rich for an N/A car I bet you might be able to pick up some power leaning it out.

To be honest it sounds like its taking longer to get through second gear than on my stock 07, but mines a 5 speed so the gearing is probably different.

autos only have four gears opposed to the manuals five... hence why some say second gear took a long time...

This... I went up 82 hp/64 tq at the wheels after being supercharged...

aah ok well idk its sounded longer lk that ever since i put the 2.4 manifold on

ive been hearing that vince makes the tunes rich for saftey or something lk that so i plan on retuning

or may go with hp tuners and get a dyno tune

but a 60 trim at 8 psi sounds good for me too lol just dont know how my internals will take it

Rich is fine and all but that is almost too rich. Too rich and N/A isn't very good it will hold back your power. My tune sit around 13.0:1 with no issues.

this here is where im at too^^ auto sucks nuts.. although instead of spending 10k+ on another car you could just spend 2-3k and build you trans up then nothings holding you back

you can push the 2.2 just as far and fast as any SS if you put the work into it
