Well Im sorry everyone that owns a Civic SI by you doesnt know how to drive. I work at a fricken Honda dealer and drive the damn SI's all the time and know they are a lot faster than a base cobalt. From a dig I can keep up with them untill about 35-40 and then they pull by 1-2 cars by 70. My LT is a 5 speed as well.

This is why I don't post who I race or any details because there are always going to be people who have to argue a point...it doesn't matter really, does it? I can beat a lot of stock 4 cyl and some 6 cyl stock cars...as long as they aren't of the performance variety...how's that? I mean you put me against a Mazda2 or maybe a Mazda3, I stand a chance...you put me against a Hyundai Elantra, I stand a chance...you put me against a Civic (non-SI), I stand a chance...who's to say they might win, I might win...
In the end, who gives a ****...It doesn't prove anything. There are all kinds of factors and then there are people who think they're racing when the other person isn't or isn't giving it their all or one of hundreds of other scenarios...all types of factors.

but all of mine are planned i dont drive around lookin to do it because its all setup
we dont do it to brag but to compare and see where we are with what mods we've done
lk that mazda 6 race i figured our my "sweet" spot lol that 60 roll
i also beat a turbo eclipse for about a 100 feet. it was from a dig and his lag was his downfall by the time we had to stop... we were done he would definitey pull 2+ cars on me with about 100 more feet
this week im running a cobalt with all the same mods

Ok, well that's one thing, but a lot of people just run around looking for random people to race...I really don't race mainly because my car isn't going to beat a lot of other cars...If I ever do care to know how fast my car is, I'll just hit up the track....if I do decide to go FI, then that day will come...until then...
