For him, i know he'd wanna keep it no bigger then 2.5 I just donno whats out there for the 2.2 Ive spent 99% of my time doing/talking/learning/researching the 2.0

He was gunna get the pacesetter.... but I donno what heppend with that or if there even good enough to get. That OBX header in the pic looks sweet.
my launch seams to be the same, once i travel about 40 or 50 ft i noticed a slightly better pull. On the interstate i noticed a "noticalbe" difference when i tromped on it from a 40-45mph roll. Top end seamd to be unchanged from stock.

A little off topic but i would like to see someone make some rockers for the 2.2 My stock rockers are starting to wear out from the cams and dual valve springs.

i have no idea, but if you take the whole assymbly off the valve cover and flip it over there are tiny screws that hold that ugly cover. I'm working on making some kind of polished stainless steal replacement that has rubber trim around where it would make contact with the heat sink.

Maybe you could have a local exhaust shop fabricate you one by adding a cat to the one from the link above.
No your not losing your head. lol. The downpipe on CED in the cobalt exhaust section is a 3" high flow cat. from random technology.
