I am looking into replacing the clutch on my wife's 05 2.2 Saturn Ion. Does anyone know of any good ones out there? Will the Cobalt 2.2 clutch work with the Ion. I looked on the Exedy website and they don't seem to list the same clutches for the Ion and the Cobalt. Anything helps! Thanks.

May I ask why you say no exedy? I was leaning toward the stage 1 or oem replacement. Exedy is way better then spec.

I rather go with a brand I trust. Exedy is OE for a lot of manufacturers and I have better luck with those clutches then most others. I run a shop and I see a lot of clutches that do not last very long or have problems right out of the box. I wanted to go with at least a stage one but if I have to go OE replacement I will go that way.

ky is nice and good on price i my self have ky stage 2 with new stock flywheel and ofcourse new fly wheel bolts.
