Sorry, i gotta revive this dying post.
Travis, have you taken your car to the track yet? i am really interested in what your car will run without n2o.
the season is coming up and i am really starting to wonder if i can beat my buddy in his cars.

Without n20 my best was 9.70...with nos 8.29. That's with the spare tire out, 75 N20 jet and 55 fuel jet. With a manual, I would have about 15whp more, but in bracket racing, consistency is the name of the game, so I have an automatic. Those are 1/8 mile times obviously. Never ran a quarter.

yeah the reason i am asking is that i am going to have simmilar mods, and with the racing season coming up i am really curious to see what i will run.
i think the only major difference in our mods is that i am going to have a nice set of cams.

how does your car stack up against a stock cobalt SS and a SS/SC? i dont know 1/8 times that well.

I never raced a stock ss but I'm sure I'd beat it, I have 20 more horses without using N20 and am about 300lbs lighter. Against a ss/sc, I raced one 3 times without gas and twice with. Without I lost by .4, .5, and .4. With I won by .8 and .9.

My 2.5" pops too... actually just got installed today.... will post pics once it isn't dark... but it pops when I downshift to 2nd gear to slow down! but that isn't because its TOO BIG! IT popped with the 1.75" stock piping so WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS THAT I NEED TO GO SMALLER!!! I DON"T THINK SO!

Exclamation Corsa for less than $600

I wanna announce that GMParts Direct (gmpartsdirect.com) now has the Corsa exhaust systems for less than $600. I have continuosly bugged the crap outta Corsa about the sound clips and they have told me that they have them all recorded and half of them formatted for their site; keep checking for the official Corsa sound clips (www.corsaperf.com). I also had to bug the crap out of GM parts direct to update their site for us. After an e-mail earlier today it was immediately updated.

There's a sensor that he had to fabricate, that took about 30 minutes to get it to stay in place under the car, I believe he set it against a pulley on the lower front side of the engine. There was an actual spot on the computer monitor labled "peak crank:191.8." I could have had it printed out too, but I didnt want to clutter up the sheet, cause I framed it, and set out along with a list of my mods at car shows.
