97cavyls24 on here ran a 14.1 the last time I saw him at the track in his Cavalier sedan. He has the GM S/C. I was mad because I could only run a 14.7.

Thats pretty damn good for an auto, too bad they dont make one for the cobalt, prolly be low 14's, high 13's. Wait a second, isnt GM supposedly in the making of one for the cobalt ?

once I get my nitrous setup, a high 13 is the ultimate goal.

not sure what its gonna take but Intake/Header/Exhast + 75 shot should be nice

well if ur using nitrous... u prettymuch ARE boosting. n2o is just as much f/i as a supercharger or a turbocharger

Actually, not to be a dick or nothing, but your wrong buddy. Nitrous does the same thing as boost, which pretty much is adding more oxygen to the combustion chamber resulting in a higher compression ratio, but superchargers/turbo's actually make boost which forces pressurized air higher than atmospheric pressure (14.7psi) into the engine to create more power. I forgot the calculation to figure out how much higher pressurizied air your running for each lb of boost. But in the end, nitrous and forced induction both add power which is the whole reason why we use it.
