2.4 to 2.2 swap problem.
I swapped the 2.4 intake mani and throttle body over to my 2.2. I totally forgot to get the hose from the intake mani when I bought the stuff but finally found the hose. It had a vacuum leak because of the hose problem and now that I swapped it to the correct hose from the 2.4, it still is doing it. I made sure everything was tight and not loose fitting. Anyone that has done this swap lend a idea to help figure it out.

I believe so? Sorry, I'm not completely sure what that line is called. It's what would connect to the yellow nipple. It acts like it wants to die and drops to 500 rpm's but doesn't die. Doesn't do it all the time but when it does, it's very annoying. LOL

I just got a male to male barbed brass fitting that was the correct size, and coupled another length of hose to that nipple and then used hose clamps on all of the connections. Works dandy for me. Are you using hose clamps?

Which yellow nipple? top or bottom? There are two in that pic. I think you're talking about the EVAP purge valve. That hose being broken causes all sorts of surging problems. Check for cracks. If there are minor ones, use E-6000 adhesive and let it dry at least overnight. To my knowledge that hose and fitting has no replacements. I've been looking a very long time.
If you're talking about the one on the bottom it's the brake booster hose.
