2.4 manifold Swap Part Numbers
After doing some research and talking to a few members, it has come to my attention that if you want to to a 2.2 to 2.4 manifold swap you can order the CED kit, or order the parts separately
it is cheaper to order the parts separately and build you own kit and from what i understand these are all the parts u need
# 12587878
# 12589516
# 12600729
and if you want to get the bigger hose so you dont have to extend your original the part # is
# 15855993
is this correct and are these all the parts u need?

Also, does anyone know if the gasket comes with the manifold on gmpartsdirect? i just talked to my mechanic i usually goto and he said just need the manifold, gasket and the seals..i asked him about the brake booster hose and if i should get the 2.4 hose and he said dont bother it wouldnt be a problem extending the original one and he had the all necessary clamps

Any chance of a group buy or sale on the 2.4 manifold kit? I realize your pricing is already competitive but with some extra incentive you may convince some of those who are going to piece together their own kit to choose yours instead. I know that would certainly apply to me.

Same here. I am planning on doing the 2.4 manifold swap in the next month and I am on the fence between piecing together my own and buying the CED kit. A good deal on the CED kit could be the decision maker. 4th of July sale perhaps?

Please just let us know the end date when you can. I will certainly buy this but I may need to put it off til July 1 if possible.
