looks sweet. can you notice any difference? CED is boasting 13hp and an overall better hp/torque curve, which is awesome.

I know I have a 2.4, but I had the GMPP and went to the same intake you have(OP) and it makes a lil difference...

i personally installed the 2.4L intake mani on my 2.2 and it is a direct bolt up. the only thing that has to be modified is the vaccum hose for the brakes and the kit come with a line to replace it. it only took me about and hour to get it done. and i love what it did to my balt.

and yes the throttle body bolts right up. it even has 2 different patterns so if you wanted to install the 2.4L throttle body lateron it allready has the bolt holes in the mani.

I might look into that myself actually. And yes the throtle body bolted up just fine, you just have to be very carefull about placement over the 2.4L gasket and you're all set.

I think it started off about just the intake and then switched over to the intake manifold.

That sounds familiar. Get that thing on the dyno to make sure its doing what you think it is.

So it's been about a 1 1/2 weeks, any update? Have you been able to dyno it yet? I'm thinking about doing this mod.

The biggest thing stopping me is that I do Autocross and I really want to find out if this helps or hurts accelerating off the corners and powering through some straights. I'm not to worried about daily driving, but I don't want to hurt my times in Autocross... I've noticed that the 2.2 is a little boggy, when you get on the accelerator...
