2.4TB not the only option?

MRZ Big Bore Throttle Body - 60MM or 62MM - 2.2 Ecotec: by Make and Model - Chevrolet - Cobalt - 2.2 ecotec MEC TB 60mm - Car Performance Parts And Auto Accessories | MRZ Performance, I don't know how much rep MRZ has with the community. I'm pretty sure people mostly buy the lightweight underdrive crank pulley if anything but they offer bigger throttle boduies too?

i just wish the 2.4 tb was easily obtainable lol. Plus i forget the whole 8 pin 6 pin thing I'm an 08 and i think its the 6 pin. Other thing i forgot is with the 2.4 ced kit it bolts right on but i dont think you need the adapter plate.

with the 2.4 ced kit you WILL need the adapter plate if you wish to keep your 2.2 TB. and to answer for the pin thing, you are an 08 so yeah you are a 6pin, 05 to 07 2.4TBs are 8 pins, so if you do it you will need to buy a 6 pin to 8 pin converter (search on ebay) or just rewire it like they all do here but yeah, ithink there is 6pin 2.4Tbs too but its 08's to present. i have an 06 cobalt so i took a tb from a 06 pontiac g6 and it was 8 pin just like me so it fitted plug and play, but still you need a tune

yea so if you find an 08 or up itl be a 6 pin just like you so that will be plug n play but yeah that is if you find a 8 pin then youll need the converter but yeah thats what i meant and after that you need a tune because i tried it without a tune and its like limp mode right after 2 or 3 times WOT

but once its tuned with the 2.4tb, believe me man you will **** brix, throttle response is crazy and with the tune it pulls so much more than with the stock tune, worth it in my opinion
