more than 14-15hp with STG2 cams and an intake/tb???? Maybe, Ill go as high as 175.

Trust me, I'd love to see you hit 190+hp because then it would be worth it for me to deal with cams, but I just dont think its gonna happen......

I am still really torn over cams and head work or an LSJ swap......

lolol, im guessing 180-190 with stg2 cams, intake mani, tb, injectors, lightweight pullies...ya
ced's website was showing a 13 whp increase UNTUNED with 2.2 tb. so if stg2 cams show a 12-16whp (guestimate as people with stg 1 show about 8-10) injectors will just allow it all to work..no more whp there, and pullies are good for a few ponies but more to improve off the line times due to rotational mass. we all also know that when you have more mods the increases are slightly better as i have already opened up the car to breath like no other...so i think with tuning it is DEF possible....we shall see though, only dyno proof will tell lol

I think an lsj swap would make for a serious sleeper 2.2.

If it were me, that's what I would do. I mean hell, you get hands on all of the new parts that are coming to all the rest of us, and there has to be a wrecked lsj out there somewhere around you.

ya, but a catback without a header or dp is basically jsut a sound maker lol...we all know the pinch point is the header dp combo....
so...im guessing it wouldnt make for much of those numbers for them

Even with your job working for gm, how much would you have to pay to get an lsj or lnf? (ballpark figure)

I was just joking. Wish I could be in your position though... I just want to build a reliable 12 second car.
