AEM CAI...Ion and Cobalt 2.2l interchangeable?
Locally there is an AEM CAI for the Ion 2.2l going really cheap and I want to pick it up, but only if it's the same as the one for the Cobalt.
I know from AEM's site that they have two different part numbers which should be the answer (no they don't interchange), but what is the actual difference...I don't know how the engine bay differs from one car to the other.
Thanks for the help. I tried to search, but I keep getting a blank screen back today when I search.

Thanks for the info. I'll ask for a couple pics to verify that.
If that's the case, does anyone here have an older Ion and want an intake...guy only wants $40 for it, so I figured it was a great deal.
I'll just have to wait for another Injen to show up used.
