for all of those wondering....

if you are in a bind about which intake to get......the GMPP maybe right for you. I just installed my intake last night with little hassle. We dropped an allen wrench and little while looking for that....found it lodged in the engine bay and got it out with a magnet stick. After everything was hooked up, we took it for a test run and i noticed a nice deep tone when acclerating and a when you gun it or flyby someone...it sounds nice and loud. Im glad i went with this intake because....no hassle, no warranty issues, and great sound.

Now just take off that engine cover and you're set.

Not that I'm aware of. When the engine gets dirty, just use engine degreaser. The engine actually runs cooler without the cover on. Click here!

So between hearing about this intake so much and taking my engine cover off and noticing the rediculous intake that we have, you guys are almost forcing me to get one... and I told myself I wouldn't do performance mods to this car... I guess one won't hurt :addiction begins:

C.E.D. FTW! They have all the cheapest GM/OEM parts. But guys, don't let the dealer install it, they'll charge $300 for labor alone. It's an easy job that takes maybe 30 mins. Hardest part is taking the wheel off and pulling back the fender well lining.

Oh ****, my bad. I just noticed the GM is shorter. On my intake, it falls down to behind the headlight. Your's is like a SRI, while mine is more of a CAI.

im no expert but i can say that this mod will NOT void your warranty....the kit gives you a sticker to place under your hood to show that it is an official gm part.

Even if it wasn't a gm intake, from what I've heard it will only void the warrenty if it is the definate cause to whatever the problem is that you're having warrenty work done for.
