Well lets see.

That picture is not on a Cobalt

Do you really think something would work on a Cobalt, Suburban and Impala?

It's a $1.50, If we translate into more horsepower, if you spend $100 you would get 1,300 more HP .

Seems weird that they are even allowed to put crap like that on there. I guess when it comes to ebay, I'll just stick with Aesthetics, not performance...

You can sell anything you want if people will buy it. Ebay only cares that you pay them their listing and selling fees, they could care less if what you sell really works or not.

I've seen alot of "plug n play" performance chips on there for almost nothing. None of which have pics... what should one really cost?
