Not true, look at all the real drag cars(nhra ****, not street cars) all of them are autos thanks to being able to torque launch and with high line pressure faster shifts.

Do that on a 19yr old automatic. And plus I miss a manual, and this thing will not see 10s. Maybe 12s LATER down the road.

That is what rebuilding it is for, will only cost ya about $400 if you do it yourself(which you seem to have a shop according to your forsale thread).
