Read the thread about Clearimage tuning, They can tune you and change your top speed gov.

2.4 intake mani swap, cai, header downpipe and catback then get better tires and contact clearimage bout their tune.

intake, header, dp, exhaust, 2.4 mani, lsj injectors=tune from trifeca to increase top speed, and your set...make sure to get your self soem higher rated tires, hell when i get my tune ima have the limiter@130 cuz i know my tires are rated 130 max

Here's the perfect plan that'll cure your topspeed problem.
Find the longest, straightest, empty stretch of road with a big hunk of concrete at the end of it.
Make sure you've got the car up to all it's got to give and your foot is on the floor like you're trying to push the pedal through the floorboard.
When you get to the end of the road, aim for that concrete.
