cams+install= roughly $900 , gains= minimal, buying other mods instead of the last resort cams= priceless. There's some things money can't buy and turbo kit isn't one of them..

All though I have never done anything to my car other than extremely idiot proof bolt ons from what I have read and gethered, cams seem to be one of the last things to look it if you do them all. Depending on who you go with and what grinds you may realize that you do not enjoy a cammed car as a DD, you may love it. something to think about. You can read all about NWAEs experience with camming his 2.2 (I believe he did his install him self though, it could've turned out a little different if he took it to a shop..lol)

I thought he said he wanted to pay for installation?, any shop would charge $150-$200 easy.
I was also checking out the average price on cams and basically I see around $700.

Ok so i was looking at cams and i found this website.

COMP Cams: Ecotec 2.0L, 2.2L

what is the difference between all of them. I think the torque one is the best?

hang on a second!! I'm also confused on cams, most people say stay away. You can't just throw cams in and expect it to run good. As long as this thread is titled cams, whats all that is needed? A tune? what else.
