can i put...

a breather filter on my crank case vent instead of having the hose come off the intake tube?

u can but it is technically illeagle at least in PA so i cali deff a no no. and there is really no benefit

you can but it's not a good idea. That hose does a lot. Such as seal your rings and valves. There is this little thing called pressure caused by blow by. ( blow by is when gases escape around your piston rings) this pressure is going to look for the quickest way out which may be past your seals. Which is a bad thing..... So moral of the story go ahead and take it off but if you want your rings and seals to last longer keep it on.



Hell even the top fuel dragsters have the hoses on them.
