catless DP??

1. were can i get a 2.2L catless DP?
2. do i have to tune for it??
3. will i throw a CEL?

im gonna get custom pipes to a megan racing exhaust can or a tenzo can. there all the same anyway

get a ZZP or Cobalt Addiction 2.5 inch catless downpipe. You dont need to tune for it but it will throw a CEL. i hope your also putting in a resonator with that exhaust...if not prepare for a very ricey tone

i dont want it to soud too much like a pissed off bumble bee

it would be really really ricey...like weedwacker ricey. Ark(a supporting vendor on the site) sells a CEL Eliminator that goes in between the o2 sensor and the downpipe. I have it and it works. a resonator well resonates the sound taking out a lot of the raspy tone. try to get one that is at least 24 inches

u can get the XTC catless from cobalt addiction 200 shipped, good deal...and to avoid a code use the spark plug non fouler mod to help out

it says the XTC downpipe is only for the 2.0/2.4... is this true?

your looking at the piece that bolts up to the downpipe, that is two bolts but where it bolts up to the header is 3 bolts just like stock

on the pacesetter header the bolt up to the DP is 2 bolt... and i will eventually get the pacesetter but im gonna get the catless DP first.

it didnt? wow...did u bore it all the way thru? or did you leave the first hole small like it was originally, cuz i know it worked on my buddies s2k and STI...weird...and the STI has 2 cats it think, anyway XTC is a direct bolt on to a 2.2
