Cheap mods for a 2.2?

I just recently added a custom 3' intake on my car and i also have a N1 cat back Tsudo exhaust.. i want alil more power.. not trying to drag race or even race just want more all around power.. suggestions?

2.4 manifold, 2.4 throttle body, new header, downpipe, lightweight alternator pulley, lightweight crank pulley, cams, port and polish, nitrous, and a tune.

btw unless you get full bolt ons and a tune you won't really get **** for a power increase

For real tho, everyone always ask what's cheep and makes power, nothing. If you wanna go faster you gotta pay, I recommend you keep an eye on the for sale pages, buying used can save you a lot of money. I got an intake, header, and lsj cat and never spent more then $100 on any of them, I got an exhaust for $200. If you keep an eye out what you want will be on there eventually.

A used LSJ M62 kit is the way to go.250 WHP 25-30mpg(depending on right foot)and a sick a$$ whine.

That's the way I went.Mine was free though,but I think average cost is $1200ish.

i put a shitty spectre intake on my neon one time just cause it was free and i broke it just putting that turd on. i took it down to autozone and flipped out and they gave me money back plus a new tube for it

lol I have spectre as my intake(LSSC)it was cheap and the only thing that happened was a 90* elbow broke cause i tightened the crap out of it lol.other than that,it screams and works.I also have the spectre MAF tube(3 inch)
