cobalt rebulid fan issue
So my car has been at the shop after getting a **** to of stuff done to it.
Now engine is all in order i have been through electrics several times over shop guys have too cant find anything wrong.
problem is my fans come on when the battery is connected.... like without the key at high speed.
havent cranked car over yet either.
I have no idea i was thinking maybe ECM is bad?? ive tried connecting trifect ezflash to it and reading codes but it says it cant detect car and to check cables..
anyone have any ideas, im out of them??

fount the problem, ecu fuses blown but when i replaced those, car tried to start itself when battery plugged in, then randomly stopped doing that and decided to open my injectors full blast too.
