Does anyone know the O.D. of the TB inlet? I want to remove the big gay plastic chunk and make it more refined like an intake should be(and I like to see the mechanical stuff like fuel rail and TB.
I want it to look similar to this:
Eccept instead of it going into a conical filter, I want it to go to the stock airbox and remove the accordian which I have all bent up anyways from when I replace the filter....

how do you remove the plastic engine cover. Whenever i turn the cap it won't move. Anyone know of a thread explaining it? Do i just twist that oil cap and yank it off?

the cover has 2 tab like things that hold it, one in the upper left corner, and the other in the bottom right corner, the valve cover has a stem that foes into the cover to hold it but pull from the upper left and that shoudl come off, than pull from the bottom right and the same should happend..real easy, oh and take the oil cap completly off, dont just twist it, twist it and take it off
ps-148, 152 is what gm rated the 07+cobalt at the crank, 05-06 got rated 145, 155

the 112 to the wheels is about right. crank hp doesnt really matter in all honesty. with those mods you will maybe be at 130 if your lucky. i see you already have the k&n sri...you wont see that much more of a gain with the aem cai, maybe 1 or 2 hp at most.
