Dash Hawk Info.

So i've had my DashHawk for a few months now and i've been mesing around with it and trying to learn all the parameters availbale for the 2.2 cobalts and i've come to notice some wierd things. before i post though oes anyone else with a 2.l have one. if so, what kind of readings do you notice or anything wierd with mods you've done to your car?

*Also for those of you who have it and have had problems with your dash display not working i've figured out the problem and its pretty stupid but turned out to be the fix. some models, apparently, didn't have available parameters as others and if your DH is set to read for a certain parameter that your car doesn't have a vailabel then it makes your gauges go crazy*

yeah you have to go into the DH display menu (when its plugged into your car) and change all the display that say N/A to something that works and also get the latest version at dashhwak.com first. then after it goes through the first 4-5 startups it'll go away. make sure to chnage the ones in the different testings asweel ex: data logging, 0-60mph, etc. pm me if you have any other questions!

well since no one either doesn't have a DH or you just dnt care i ll just share.

has everyone ver noticed how sometimes sitting at a light the car feels as though it about to stumble? well i've ben monitoring m LTFT and STFT and it seem that when this happen it is at perfect 0 and once the computer reads the instability it starts adding/subtracting fuel.

for the most part i've notice my car runs rich. it seems to always be subtracting fuel.

it seems that either the 2.2 or it could be becuase of my mods or som sort of malfunction that our cars run very rich usually after a WOT run or somewhat long trips. my main thing i've noticed is that 1. i don't have a cat since my N2O blew it out. lol. (my stock exhaust is very loud) and 2. i have the 2.4l intake mani. i think together this realy creates an offset to the fuel trim and makes it run rich.

the computer does compenstae for the richenss but only after a few seconds.

comments or additions anyone?

I noticed the same thing. I'm sitting at a light with my foot on the break and all of a sudden my car lunges forwards a few inches... at least this explains it now.
