I had the issue resolved for a short period of time (replaced o-rings on "caps" that go on end of injectors) but had to pull the injectors and haven't gotten it to work right since. Seems to me like the L61 needs a longer injector (like the 60s) for them to install correctly. Injector installs shouldn't cause this many problems IMO.

btw, have the part # for that cavalier injector harness?
Well to answer your question, yes and no, lol... I am still running them and i have not had an issue for a while, all my lean fuel trims are gone, but Vince from trifecta had to tweak the hell out of my maf to make the car happy. I personally am still not convinced they are working the way they should although the car is running fine. I am planning to up the boost a bit soon and am looking to get different injectors when i do, i have never been comfortable with the way these things fit.

Here's the harness p/n

Hey thanx, glad I'm not the only one that's felt this way. Since day one they have caused problems for me. I should have gone with 60s.

NP man, lol... Yea me too, lol... from the first time i put those injectors on i thought there would be problems, and there were. I don't know if i want #60 either, they seem to cause alot of missfire issues. but they will probally be the replacments for my 42's.

Oh btw, is your misfire issue still there at idle?

My car seems to idle at the proper rpm but will randomly misfire at idle. My AFRs will also dip into the low 10s when I first get into boost < 5 psi.

Never had a missfire issue, just idled up and down in the beginning and would throw p0171 fuel trim lean codes. but all that was fixed with the tune. Now the car idles at approx 1000 rpms, no surge. About 11.5 afr in boost and runs really well. No more codes either...
