No. Why get jealous over something that makes so much power? I dont really care when someone beats me with nitrous. Wins a win. I am much more humble to someone that has a N/A engine compared to someone that has boost. Its all the same ****.

It's not cheating unless you try to hide it then lie to people you are racing and say you dont have it but straight up running with nitrous is just another way to add power its no different than any other mod but be careful with nitrous and a supercharger you could burn up a piston very easy if it gets to lean.

wow since when did sandbagging become cheating? you guys crack me up sometimes
you can lie about or hide ANY major power adder if you're creative enough, I don't think that's cheating at all. if you lose you lose, get over it, and get back to work on your car. its been my experience that the only guys who bitch and say it's cheaing are those who get beat by it and don't have it. green eyed monster tends to show it's face more often than you would think.
I ran a guy with an mx6 back a few months. we both thought the other looked stock. turned out he was turbo and he found out when I told him after beating him that I was running nitrous. he had heat shielding and OEM plastic housing hiding his charge pipes, and a sock over his BOV (which you couldn't even see without really prodding around the engine bay. under my hood its all hidden as well. made for a nice laugh in the end and a pretty fun run when two sleepers cross paths.

I have no interest in racing myself but I know a lot of people/techs that restore older cars and build up the engines to get it into the 11-12 second range N/A and they call nitrous "baby gas." LOL.
I think nitrous at the track is fine although I'm personally not into part time power adders.

i havent read any posts in this thread so forgive me if this has been posted.
I have this debate all the time and N2o is another form of forced induction... so if anyone that runs an FI car says otherwise they really dont know what they are talking about to hate on N2O would be the same thing has hating on turbo's and SC's IMHO.

But nitrous gets the bad reputation bc people dont use it correctly.
