Which Downpipe?

What downpipe is best for the 2.2?
Right now my setup is a DC Sports Header SS/SC DP and a DC Sports Cat Back Exhuast
Which is better Catless or a High Flow Cat?
btw i do not want it to sound raspy

If you don't want it to sound raspy, go with a high flow cat. I would look at CA or ZZP.

That sounds about right. With an intake, 2.4 manifold, and full exhaust you should be right around 150 give or take a few ponies.

In order to get to 200whp you would have to do some major modifications.

Something like this:

Patriot Performance Stage 2 Head
Upgraded valvetrain for high revs (Probably 8K)
Higher compression pistons
Stage 2 or 3 cams
Tuning capabilities

Or, you could just buy a 75 shot of nitrous and save yourself the hassle.

The convention seems to be that you can run a 50 shot all day long, and use a 75 shot pretty frequently as well. It took a much bigger shot to break the rods in the 2.2 when GM did their testing. (IIRC ~150)

Just be warned that unless you are going to seriously increase your redline, or go f/i, the Patriot heads won't be maximized. I believe Ion ninja has a stage 2 head, and he mentioned that his powerband had shifted to the higher RPMs quite drastically. Low end performance is greatly reduced if you stay n/a. If you don't want to dig too deep, go with the nitrous.
