Downpipe question

I have an lsj exhaust mani and dp that I purchased and when I went to install the dp I noticed my l61 dp has 2 o2 sensors and the lsj dp only has 1. But it looks like the lsj exhaust mani has an o2 bung but my stocker doesn't. So my question is....Does the placement of the 02 sensors matter? Will I throw a CEL?

If you ever upgrade the DP, sell it to me. I still haven't found one for what I think is reasonable. Did you pick it up from someone local or on here?

My car ran with my first 02 in the lsj header, and the second was in a zzp downpipe with 02.

I had a code only because of the downpipe, but before I ran stock downpipe and lsj headers no codes.
