You have only 4 cylinders why do you need dual exhaust - and a 2.2L at that.

All you're doing is adding weight - you're not going to get any gains over single exhaust.

1) its not that much extra weight
2) for people like me we like to have ours not just for performance but for show also

I'm sure it doesn't help perfomance wise (maybe even makes it worse) but that daul setup looks tough. Where did you get the kit from. I would like this on my Cobalt SS SC.

We sold a cobalt LS at the dealership I work at. It had the RK sport body kit on it and we had also put a nice set of 17's on it. And I saw it and walked up to it, and saw the dual exhaust. Thought it was pretty sweet. About a month later it comes in the shop for the snow tires to be put on, and I had it in the air so I could do it, and I checked out the exhaust..... The one side was just a tip on the stock exhaust, and the other side, was just a tip, screwed into the bumper...... That must have gave hime like 35 hp to the wheels.

That's how mine is set up...figured it's better to leave it instead of taking the tip out and driving around with the hole open
