this is the ebay CAI on the 2.2s

This is what the ebay CAI looks like on my 2.2L....should be close to yours..remember to file down the MAF slot to fit the maf easier and then also inspect the inside for any loose metal bits from the weld that could get sucked into the motor......they're great CAI, but you get the welds you pay for...

By the way DO TAKE THE TIME to attach it to the side of the fender while your putting on the air filter below.....otherwise you'll vibrate a hole right through the intake in 10,000 miles

MAF slot can be a little tight some file it a little to make the MAF fit better. And attaching it to the fender he is saying install it right. (bolt it down, not letting it just hang in place)

I don't have a camera right now but, use the rubber spacer thing with a bolt sticking out of each end, bolt one end to the fork thing on the intake and the other to the inner finder.

what did you use to file it down? A file i presume? as well as does the maf actually go all the way down in there or does it stick out like the picture. havent installed mine.... i lost the passenger side finder liner during ice store it snapped off, should i wait to put it on until i get that new fender liner? or will it be fine?

i would suggest gettin a new inner fender first cuz the filter will be in the wide open if you dont.. as far as all that filing goes i didnt have to do anythin like that to mine and my maf sensor dont stick out that far either..
