I just got my intake in from advancedjdmparts.com and noticed the rubber 90 is being a ***** and won't go on the piping. anybody else get theirs on if they have this intake? lol and then, it's becoming an even bigger crap pile now that the filter they included isn't quite fitting on the pipe as well probably off by a FEW centimeters if that. i tryed forcing it but don't want to break anything. might have to order a AEM dryflow filter or just buy a spectre one from Autozone.

i never got a filter with mine. i just went out and bought one from the local parts store. and if your having problems with the elbow like i did just put a little bit of lubrication on the inside (just enough to get it to slide on) and that should help ya out.

yeah i was thinking about using lubricant to get it to slip on. at first i was using a screw driver to GENTLY pull the 90 up and over the pipe then push the rest of it on didn't work obviously. What about getting the filter onto the piping? should i just buy a shorter, smaller piece of pipe to slip the filter onto then buy a rubber cuppling to conjoin them together or what.
