You will need the downpipe custom made to go between your flex pipe on your current exhaust to the exhaust side of the turbo. You buy the flange that matches your turbo's exhaust housing be it a 4 or 5 bolt, and take it to an exhaust shop. They will make you a downpipe using the flange and connect it to your current flexpipe.

You cannot just buy a downpipe because the location of the turbo on your car is going to be different then the next guys, especially in a full custom setup. Now if you bought a kit they would provide the downpipe because your using their exhaust manifold and turbo(like the garrett turbo kit).

Okay I just going to put this out there since I noticed it in the first page. You need to seriously have the ends of your intercooler piping bead rolled or you are going to blow pipes off all the time. Also you need some high compression clamps those cheap coolant system clamps arent going to help either.

i am already aware of the couplers holding each pipe... they are cheaply made and i am gettin new ones.. i just need 2 find out which ones i am needing after all..... i dont wanna get all straight couplers and not use sum of them...

check my build thread if you want ideas on how to route the piping and what what ebends you needs, lemme see if i cant find some pics, i used all 2.5" piping

i used a ebay intercooler piping kit, and didnt even use half the pipes of coupler, at first it seems like you need more, but you dont i used

U pipe x1
45* pipe x1
straight pipe x1
90* coupler x2

you need a few more as you can see i didnt connect it to the turbo, but the rest is all easy, the part after the Ic looks ghetto on my pics b/c i was planning on using the ebay intake with this set up that way i could have a cleaner look in the engine bay..and it came with the MAF section already welded, the part on driver side goes around the radiator, you use the "U" pipe directly after the IC and it leadsaround the radiator, than a 90* routes it up towards the hood, thats where i had my BOV at...like i said, did around you will find alot of others members pics on their set ups..pipe routing is easy

well......... let me update my situation..... short and simple i wrecked my car..... i dont know wat is goin 2 happen 2 it yet.... but from the looks of it its totaled... story is i was leaving my friends house on a curvy road, doin under the speed limit cause it was wet and leaves were all over the road, and i came around a turn that i thought would straighten out.... well it didnt... i ended up locking my brakes and sliding head on into a tree... the car bounced of the front left fender and landed perpendicular to the tree... needless 2 say, if that tree wasnt there.... i would have gone down a 30ft+ embankment...... soo thank god for that... i didnt have a scratch on me just really bad whiplash, the impact was so hard my shoulder cracked the door panel after i hit it... as for the car... idk yet wat will happen.. i will keep you posted ab it... and i couldnt get pix cause i didnt have a cam wit me but i am takin a friend of mine to the shop where it is at.... ill post pix when i get them... thanx guys and god

ouch , i'm pretty sure its not totalled you should have seen my moms mustang over 8100 dollars worth of damage and the car is only worth 10,300 and they are not going to total it. so good luck, but i'm pretty sure u'll find out they will just fix it.

if they do total it why don't you just get a ss/tc and sell that motor and all your other crap and buy parts for it as they become available?
