I'm not really sure if the under carriage could be included in this as well because your car is that much closer to the ground, that you might have to look into.

thanks for the info, any word on people putting new springs on yet? i know with my cavi it was almost a given that you had to get new struts when lowering, is it the same with the cobalt?

IMO, unless you wait for the aftermarkets to be released (struts and shocks), leave em on stock till they wear out, unless you plan on putting stockers back on before you sell it. No point in spending money on struts and springs now when it can be spent on other mods. Deal with it when you need to.
