Exhaust advice

Im looking around for a new exhaust for my 2.2 balt. The one that I have on the car now came with it when i got it. I got it really cheep from a dealer cause it had a rediculous wing and this loud ass exhaust that it still has... and its killing me! You can hear my car coming from 2-3 miles down the road. I can hardly hear my music and im about ready to go get a stock muffler so my headache will go away lol.
But enough about what i have, what i WANT is a nice, kinda quiet, and throaty exhaust that will not be so loud but still give me gains. I have been looking at the GMPP touring and hear that it is nice. If you have one, what do u think? And, because it is expensive, are there any others that you would recommend that would give the same effect?

Sounds like the GMPP Touring is what you want...not too loud but deep sounding.

I have heard that the magnaflow is kind of ricey and still pretty loud... If i could hear it in person I could make a more educated decision about it.
