Exhaust help?
Looking into buying an exhaust as my first performance mod.. I was wondering, is this a good chioce? Or is it too big for the 2.2? I'm just getting into modding my car and don't know the good from bad, so take it easy on me :P

id suggest going with a 2.5 exhaust because the 2.25 is the stock size on the 2.2 but the ss exhaust is one way to go or mabey like pacesetter they are a decent price and have a good deep tone in my opinion.

^^x2^^
From what I've been told a Pacesetter system will need a resonator added to it and its recomended that it be fully welded to prevent excessive rattling. Also be aware that Pacesetter is just steel pipe. Some have commented that it rusts real bad other havent had a problem.

Stock LSJ exhaust is 2.5" up to the axle, stainless and cheap...buy one off someone and have a shop weld up 2.5" to whatever muffler you want. Will still be cheaper than anything else and perform just as well...

If your looking for a Really Nice sound I would suggest, Intake first, I Have Dc Sports Catback but im also tuned and headers back... its very nasty sounding. But Performance wise I would just Look for a SC Or TC, Ive put about 2 grand into my car and its just now the same speed as a Stock SC... Im currently Looking for a TC
