exhaust setup

I have a 2010 cobalt ls 4dr. what would be the best custom exhaust setup without buying a full kit. i have a "can" that i allready plan on putting on but i need to know what the best diameter would be. as well as what i should remove out of the stock exhaust (cat/resonator). Can anybody help me?

header from badmad
downpipe from a cobalt SC
catback from a cobalt SC

this is the best setup at low cost and get notable performance.
